  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for marinating
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper for spice
  • 1 tsp Paprika for smoky flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce for heat
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, sriracha sauce, and lime juice to create a marinade.
  2. Place chicken thighs in the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden brown.
  4. Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as rice, salad, or roasted vegetables.

Notes
