Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Stir well.
- Add broccoli and thyme. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove lid, reduce sauce slightly if desired, and serve warm.
