Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Vegetables & Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zest + juice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, lemon juice, and zest. Stir well.
  5. Add broccoli and thyme. Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove lid, reduce sauce slightly if desired, and serve warm.
