Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup asparagus trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure to coat them evenly.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Meanwhile, steam or roast the broccoli and asparagus until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken with the roasted vegetables on the side. Enjoy your healthy low-carb meal!
