  • 2 chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables broccoli, carrots, peas
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method

  2. Combine chicken, vegetables, rice, and seasonings in a large bowl.
