Ingredients
  

Stir-Fry
  • 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add vegetables and garlic, stir-frying until crisp-tender.
  4. Stir together sauce ingredients and pour into the pan.
  5. Cook until sauce thickens and coats the chicken and veggies.
