Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken breast pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. In the same wok, add the garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Add the chicken back to the wok along with soy sauce, honey, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
