- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breast pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add the garlic, bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the chicken back to the wok along with soy sauce, honey, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
