- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Season the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Prepare the vegetables: slice the carrots, cube the potatoes, and trim the green beans. Place them in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then toss to coat.
- Place the chicken drumsticks and vegetables in the oven. Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove the chicken and vegetables from the oven. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving with the roasted vegetables on the side.
